Vice President of AI Products

Job Summary

To drive AI product strategy and deployment, the full-time remote Vice President of AI Products will manage the development and commercialization of scalable AI solutions across the Government Experience platform, ensuring alignment with customer needs and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and operate a unified AI product system across multiple platforms, translating customer needs into product priorities
• Lead pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy, transitioning to consumption-based models while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Establish and maintain a closed-loop system for deployment and feedback, owning success metrics for AI initiatives

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of product and/or engineering leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, data platforms, or GovTech
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred
• Proven experience in product strategy and technical deployment, particularly for AI or platform products
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing strategy and revenue modeling
• Public sector or GovTech domain expertise strongly preferred
