Job Summary
Driving enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives, the full-time Vice President of AI Transformation will identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, manage an AI initiative portfolio, and advise executive leadership on strategic AI investments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise AI transformation roadmap
- Lead cross-functional AI and automation transformation programs
- Establish and maintain enterprise AI governance frameworks
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of leadership experience in transformation, strategy, technology, operations, analytics, or consulting
- Proven success leading enterprise-scale transformation programs
- Experience with AI, GenAI, automation, advanced analytics, or digital transformation
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
