Vice President of Air Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Air Operations and Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end travel operations, including booking fulfillment and service delivery
• Manage enterprise client relationships and lead escalation management for high-impact issues
• Define and optimize service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in travel, hospitality, or travel technology
• Proven experience in operations and client service delivery at scale
• Strong understanding of corporate travel operations and fulfillment models
• Experience managing SLAs and executive-level escalations
• Strong financial acumen with a focus on balancing service quality and cost
