Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Alliances for the Americas to lead and scale strategic partner relationships across North America and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Americas partner P&L, driving sourced and influenced revenue across various partners
  • Build and deepen executive relationships with strategic partners in the Americas
  • Co-develop joint go-to-market plans with top partners and ensure partner coverage across strategic accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in alliances, channel sales, or partnership leadership within enterprise SaaS or CX technology
  • Proven track record of generating $50M+ in partner-sourced or partner-influenced ARR
  • Deep relationships with senior stakeholders at major GSIs and regional SIs in North America
  • Experience leading teams across multiple geographies and time zones; prior VP-level leadership preferred
  • Familiarity with adjacent domains such as CX, CCaaS, social, or marketing technology is a strong plus
