A company is looking for a Vice President, Ambulatory Operations Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable ambulatory operating solutions to enhance growth and efficiency
• Accelerate the transformation lifecycle, ensuring operational soundness and timely execution of initiatives
• Maintain accountability for solution readiness and create support materials for operational teams post-handoff

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree, preferably an MBA, MHA, or MPH
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations
• 5+ years of experience in leading strategic initiatives and complex project execution
• Demonstrated success in expanding ambulatory access and optimizing clinic locations
• Proven ability to navigate regulatory and operational considerations in ambulatory site expansion
