Vice President of Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Value-Based Care Analytics & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics development team, focusing on reporting insights and tools using SQL, Python, and Microsoft BI
• Enhance the reporting platform, managing product roadmaps, metrics governance, and delivery milestones
• Develop reporting strategies to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
• Over 10 years of experience in data analytics/reporting, including 5+ years in a value-based provider group or health plan
• Experience in a leadership or managerial role for at least 2 years
• Proven expertise in data analysis and visualization tools like SQL, Python, R, Excel, and Power BI
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and concepts in actuarial, underwriting, medical economics, and data science
