Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the enterprise business intelligence and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Design advanced analytics frameworks to inform decisions and shape data product concepts that meet internal and client needs
• Establish best practices in data governance and privacy while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in data analytics, preferably within the health or life insurance sectors
• Strong knowledge of insurance data sources such as claims, policy administration, and health risk scores
• Proven success in deploying predictive models and modern data visualization tools
• Familiarity with regulatory data requirements and compliance mandates in health and life insurance
