Vice President of Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Performance & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program performance end-to-end, including experimentation strategy and optimization
• Define success metrics aligned to client objectives and lead root-cause analyses for performance shifts
• Own the evolution of dashboards and reporting frameworks while serving as a trusted analytics advisor

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience with A/B and multivariate testing
• Strong funnel, cohort, and hypothesis-driven analysis expertise
• Advanced SQL fluency and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
• Proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations
• Comfort operating in regulated environments with sensitive data (HIPAA/PHI awareness)
