Vice President of Analytics

Job Summary

To support a growing DTC brand, the full-time remote Vice President of Analytics will develop and lead the company's data and analytics strategy, oversee business intelligence and executive reporting, and guide the adoption of AI while ensuring data privacy and cybersecurity practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company's data and analytics strategy, prioritizing architecture, tools, and team development
• Build executive and functional dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics and operational trends
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to transform business questions into actionable insights and forecasts

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or data engineering, including leadership of an analytics function
• Proven success in building scalable dashboards and reporting systems in a high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture and business intelligence platforms
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or automation in analytics and reporting
• Knowledge of data privacy, information security, and cybersecurity risk management
