Vice President of Analytics

Job Summary

To lead the analytics function at scale, the remote Vice President of Analytics will own the strategy, governance, and execution of the analytics ecosystem, ensuring the delivery of actionable insights for brokers, employers, and internal leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the analytics strategy, including data platforms, governance, and delivery standards
• Serve as the accountable executive for analytics outcomes, ensuring consistency and trust across all analytics products
• Develop and execute strategies for employer and broker reporting, enhancing the analytics capabilities in the industry

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in payer environments
• 7+ years in an IT leadership role with a focus on digital transformation and cross-functional team management
• Proven experience scaling enterprise analytics capabilities in complex environments
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure-based analytics platforms preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
