Vice President of Application Services

Job Summary

Leading the global Application Managed Services organization, the full-time Vice President of Application Services will drive strategy, enhance service delivery, and improve profitability while operating remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy, operating model, and performance of the Application Managed Services business
• Modernize service delivery through automation, AI capabilities, and innovative techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and commercialize differentiated service offerings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• 15+ years of leadership experience in application managed services or related fields
• Proven track record of improving margins through cost optimization and process transformation
• Experience with scaling delivery-enabling platforms and AI-driven capabilities
• Strong background in executive-level customer engagement and strategic account leadership
