Vice President of Applications Modernization

Job Summary

Driving the growth and market positioning of enterprise applications modernization services, the full-time Vice President of Applications Modernization will oversee service offerings, build delivery capabilities, and ensure high-quality customer outcomes, primarily focusing on Oracle SaaS, PeopleSoft, and Oracle E-Business Suite applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own practice-level contributions to consulting services growth, profitability, and operational performance
• Define and operationalize repeatable service offerings and establish go-to-market strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while collaborating with Business Development and Sales on pipeline development and solutioning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise applications consulting, delivery leadership, or practice management
• Deep expertise in Oracle enterprise applications, including Oracle SaaS, PeopleSoft, and/or E-Business Suite
• Proven experience leading enterprise application modernization and cloud transformation programs
• Experience building and scaling global delivery organizations and developing service offerings
