Job Summary

Driving revenue growth through strategic leadership, the full-time remote Vice President of Army Sales will provide executive direction for the Army sales organization, focusing on talent development, operational excellence, and market expansion.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction for the Army sales organization to drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to establish market growth strategies and revenue objectives across Army customers
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) and 8-10 years of progressive experience in business or equivalent training
  • Exceptional performance in selling to the US Defense Industry
  • Proven track record in recruiting and retaining top sales talent
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to articulate complex concepts
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce and Netsuite
