Job Summary
Driving revenue growth through strategic leadership, the full-time remote Vice President of Army Sales will provide executive direction for the Army sales organization, focusing on talent development, operational excellence, and market expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and direction for the Army sales organization to drive sustainable revenue growth
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to establish market growth strategies and revenue objectives across Army customers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) and 8-10 years of progressive experience in business or equivalent training
- Exceptional performance in selling to the US Defense Industry
- Proven track record in recruiting and retaining top sales talent
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce and Netsuite
