Job Summary
To drive the strategic vision for K-12 assessments, the full-time Vice President of Assessments will oversee the development and commercial success of the assessment portfolio, collaborate with sales teams to enhance product adoption, and manage a specialized team focused on psychometrics and learning analytics in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage a specialized team, ensuring professional development and alignment with project goals
- Partner with sales to enhance relationships with school district leaders and achieve revenue targets for the assessment portfolio
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and represent the K-12 Assessment division in executive meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or Ph.D. in Educational Measurement, Psychometrics, or a related field preferred
- 12+ years of experience in K-12 education technology, assessment development, or product management
- Experience in designing and implementing K-12 assessment solutions within the education industry
- Proven track record in managing P&L and complex technical research lifecycles
- In-depth knowledge of K-12 assessment programs and psychometric practices
