Job Summary

As the executive asset owner for Telix's CD66-targeted hematology-oncology programs, the full-time salaried Vice President of Asset Advancement will manage end-to-end asset strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure the successful progression of diagnostic and therapeutic candidates through clinical development and registration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and evolution of the integrated asset strategy, including business case ownership and indication prioritization
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to ensure optimized development execution
  • Provide strategic financial oversight and maintain accountability for program performance, including risk management and milestone achievement
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related field; PhD, MD, or PharmD preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors with a focus on drug development and asset leadership
  • Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional development programs, ideally within oncology
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory environments and their influence on development strategy
  • Experience influencing executive governance bodies and making strategic investment decisions
