Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of relevant experience in life insurance investment or asset modeling
• Deep understanding of asset strategy and investment spread management
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams
• Professional designation such as CFA, CAIA, or FSA required
