Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of client portfolios, including servicing oversight and asset strategy
• Coordinate with teams for asset-level strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Develop customized reporting and project management functions to meet client objectives

Required Qualifications

• College degree or training in finance/mortgage banking preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in an AVP level role
• Experience in commercial real estate asset management is required
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft products
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
