Vice President of Asset Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of client portfolios, including servicing oversight and asset strategy
• Coordinate with various teams to define asset-level strategies and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Develop portfolio campaign strategies and manage project functions to meet client objectives

Required Qualifications

• College degree or training in finance/mortgage banking preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years in an AVP level role
• Commercial real estate asset management experience is required
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft products
• Team-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
