Vice President of Automation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President II, Business Operations Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the automation strategy across managed care operations
• Lead the identification, design, and implementation of automation solutions to streamline operations and improve service quality
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of automation on operational efficiency and member satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in managed care, health insurance, or healthcare operations with a focus on automation
• In-depth knowledge of managed care operations and regulatory requirements
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and managing complex projects
