Job Summary
Driving demand and revenue growth, the full-time remote Vice President of B2B Marketing will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies targeting employer and health plan segments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client adoption and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the B2B marketing vision and roadmap aligned with company growth and revenue goals
- Establish multi-channel demand generation programs and optimize marketing funnel performance
- Design and execute account-based marketing strategies for strategic health plan and employer accounts
Required Qualifications
- 12-15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven success in B2B marketing, preferably in the healthcare or benefits ecosystem
- Strong track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Experience supporting enterprise sales with complex deal cycles
- Deep familiarity with supplemental benefits, digital health, or population health solutions preferred
