Job Summary
Driving brand collaboration and strategy, the full-time remote Vice President of Brand will own the end-to-end product collaboration engine, lead event strategies, and execute integrated brand campaigns while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full collaboration engine, managing partner sourcing, deal structure, and execution across creative, events, and campaigns
- Lead the events strategy and production to ensure every event aligns with collaboration narratives
- Drive business development as a measurable acquisition channel by opening new partnership categories and systematizing the pipeline
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in brand, partnerships, and/or experiential marketing with significant in-house experience at a consumer, CPG, or DTC brand
- Proven experience owning brand collaborations from sourcing and deal-making through creative and launch
- Hands-on experience in events and experiential production, managing projects under tight deadlines and budgets
- Experience building and leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies
- Fluency in performance data analysis, including metrics like nCAC, first orders, and ROAS
