Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Consultant and Broker Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Consultant & Broker Relations Go To Market (GTM) strategy to drive market growth
  • Manage a team of Regional CBR Directors focused on client retention, new bookings, and market influence
  • Build strategic relationships with national consultancies and local brokers to enhance understanding of solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 10-20+ years of experience in Digital Health, TPA, and/or employee benefit consulting
  • 10+ years of experience working with brokers and consultants, demonstrating relationship-building and revenue growth
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and developing teams
  • Deep knowledge of employee benefits, self-funded employer groups, and broker dynamics
  • Familiarity with CRM and consultant/broker resource tools (e.g., Salesforce)
