Vice President of Business Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Business Intelligence & Optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a high-impact analytics function, including hiring and developing team members
• Architect and maintain a scalable, HIPAA-compliant data infrastructure for enterprise analytics
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation strategies to enhance patient experience and revenue

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, optimization, or business intelligence, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in building and scaling analytics teams in regulated environments
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA compliance related to data infrastructure and governance
• Hands-on experience with data engineering and modern analytics stacks
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health)
