Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Enterprise Business Continuity to lead the business continuity program within the Risk department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees and assesses all aspects of the Business Continuity Program
  • Coordinates organization-wide BCP exercises and validates effectiveness
  • Develops and delivers training on Business Continuity Plan software and emergency notification systems


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10-15 years of experience in managing business continuity programs
  • Experience with Business Continuity Planning software and emergency notification software
  • Financial Services experience, particularly in mortgage, is a plus
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
