Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Business Development - TPA Retirement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze TPA business to identify areas for customer experience improvement and growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for TPA to achieve organizational goals
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance TPA offerings and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of strategic business development experience in the retirement plan industry
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or the ability to obtain them within six months of employment
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA and plan design
  • Proven experience in distributing defined contribution recordkeeping and administrative services
  • Ability to manage travel and budgets effectively
