Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
• Oversee the creation of competitive pricing models and compelling proposals to align with client needs
• Lead and mentor a business development team while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective staffing solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within healthcare staffing or a related industry
• Proven success in securing large-scale contracts in the federal and/or commercial healthcare sectors
• Strong understanding of government contracting processes, GSA schedules, and VA/DoD procurement
• Results-oriented with a passion for driving growth in a competitive market
