Vice President of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Business Development - North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop business strategy for the North America region to achieve company objectives
• Oversee and manage business development representatives, ensuring strategy execution and performance management
• Support lead generation and relationship building with biopharmaceutical organizations, including preparing sales presentations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 7+/10+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+/8+ years of experience
• Experience leading a sales team
• Experience selling services for a CDMO
• Additional experience in scientific roles is a plus
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills are required
