Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Business Development - U.S. West Coast - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support senior business development team members to execute sponsor engagement and sales strategies
  • Oversee business development plans to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets
  • Engage with Vice President and C-level within customer organizations to enhance account penetration
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in a business development position in a full-service Phase I-IV CRO environment
  • 5 years of experience in a sales management position within a full-service Phase I-IV CRO
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
  • Extensive operational knowledge in drug development across various therapeutic areas
  • Proven track record of meeting team sales targets and managing direct reports effectively
