Job Summary

To drive new revenue growth, the full-time salaried Vice President of Business Development will source, develop, and close partnerships with self-insured employers and key decision-makers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with self-insured employers and decision-makers
  • Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
  • Source opportunities through outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of business development experience in healthcare solutions for self-insured employers
  • Established relationships with Benefits Leaders, CHROs, CFOs, brokers, and consultants
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing business independently
  • Strong understanding of healthcare cost impact and employee health strategies
  • Experience navigating long and complex enterprise sales cycles
