Job Summary
To drive strategic growth initiatives, the full-time salaried Vice President of Business Development will define and lead sales strategies, establish new outbound sales channels, and collaborate with executive leadership while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own the full sales playbook, including outbound motions and competitive strategies
- Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team while overseeing existing sales and account management teams
- Leverage sales technologies and analytics to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a VP or Head of Sales role
- Demonstrated success in building sales functions for companies in the $15M-$100M ARR range
- Direct experience selling learning/HR technologies to enterprise clients
- Experience with both direct enterprise sales and higher-velocity mid-market sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and leveraging sales technology for efficiency
