Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing energy infrastructure platform, the full-time salaried Vice President of Business Development will develop relationships with large electricity consumers and lead the origination and negotiation of complex commercial agreements for energy infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own relationships with hyperscalers, AI and digital infrastructure companies, and large energy users
- Originate, structure, negotiate, and close long-term commercial agreements for complex energy infrastructure projects
- Lead opportunities from initial customer engagement through internal investment approval and commercial execution
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of business development or strategic partnerships experience within energy or related industries
- Demonstrated success in winning and closing complex commercial transactions with large enterprise customers
- Existing relationships with hyperscalers, data center operators, or major energy users
- Strong commercial and financial acumen to understand project economics and negotiate agreements
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to engage senior executives and build partnerships
