Vice President of Business Development
Job Summary
To support the Power & Energy market sector, the full-time salaried Vice President of Business Development will lead business development initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and manage strategic growth efforts while based in Phoenix or Tempe, AZ, with flexible remote work options available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives and proposal strategies to drive growth in the Power & Energy sector
- Cultivate relationships with senior client stakeholders and manage the pipeline of large-scale opportunities
- Provide leadership and strategic guidance to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery and financial performance
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. in Environmental Planning, Geography, Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related degree
- Minimum twenty (20) years of professional experience in the A/E/C industry managing environmental permitting and licensing of energy infrastructure
- Direct experience in Southwestern states including Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and west Texas
- Expertise in federal NEPA regulations and knowledge of applicable state environmental regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs
