Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Business Networks Professional Services Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the professional services technical team and manage the delivery of technical solutions for projects
• Develop and implement methodologies for project staffing, best practices, and automation to enhance efficiency
• Oversee customer escalations, manage P&L, and ensure quality deliverables from external consultants

Required Qualifications

• Technical experience with EDI, software development methodologies, and artificial intelligence
• Proven experience in delivering complex software professional services to Fortune 500 companies
• 10+ years of experience managing global and remote teams in professional services
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to evaluate third-party implementation capabilities
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills in managing distributed teams
