Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Change Control processes aligned with business objectives
• Lead the evaluation of new service models and oversee process improvement opportunities
• Establish financial management guidelines and monitor key performance indicators for the Business Operations team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Business Operations, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry or Business Operations
• A minimum of 7 years of management experience
• Experience in developing long-term operational strategies
• Proven track record in change management and process improvement
