Vice President of Business Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Business Systems and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise IT strategy and manage the technology stack across all internal functions
• Define and execute the internal AI strategy, embedding AI-powered workflows and automation
• Serve as a technology advisor to the executive team, aligning IT investments with company goals

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a VP equivalent role
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth technology companies preferred
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide business systems organizations
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to recruit and retain IT talent
• Deep knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems and familiarity with AI/ML platforms
