Vice President of Business Systems

Job Summary

To drive organizational growth, the full-time remote Vice President of Business Systems will assess and optimize business systems across the customer lifecycle, developing a long-term strategy that enhances efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current business systems landscape and develop a roadmap aligned with company growth objectives
• Evaluate and optimize the entire quote-to-cash process, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements
• Provide strategic oversight of key business platforms, ensuring effective integration and alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience leading business systems, enterprise applications, or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience designing and optimizing quote-to-cash processes in a SaaS or technology environment
• Deep knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and billing systems
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programs
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change
