Vice President of Business Systems

Job Summary

Leading enterprise systems architecture and transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Vice President of Business Systems will set strategy and governance, drive efficiency, and build a high-performing team in a high-growth EdTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise systems architecture, standards, and integration strategy over a 1 to 3 year horizon
• Lead transformation initiatives end to end, turning ambiguous problems into measurable impact and adoption
• Align executive leaders on priorities and outcomes, communicating the value story in terms of efficiency and financial impact

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in systems, technology enablement, or enterprise program leadership, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven experience in owning enterprise systems architecture and executing multi-year strategies aligned to executive objectives
• Strong command of CRM, ERP, BI, integration, and data platforms
• Experience using AI, automation, and analytics to improve operations and decision-making
• Commitment to data privacy and security standards in the K to 12 education sector
