Vice President of Business Systems

Job Summary

Focusing on the strategic direction and governance of enterprise-wide business applications, the full-time remote Vice President of Business Systems will manage a portfolio of over 300 tools, drive vendor consolidation, and optimize costs while partnering with stakeholders to enhance Lead to Cash processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Lead to Cash stakeholders to measure and improve end-to-end process performance
• Maintain a comprehensive application inventory and define target-state architecture for the business applications portfolio
• Establish an application governance model and lead contract rationalization efforts to optimize software spend

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 12-15+ years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience managing large application portfolios with annual spends of $20M or more
• Deep knowledge of Lead to Cash systems and processes, including CRM and billing/revenue recognition
• Proven track record in leading enterprise application rationalization or digital transformation programs
