Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Business Technology, responsible for strategic leadership and execution of technology initiatives in anesthesia operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year Business Technology roadmap aligned with organizational growth
- Oversee anesthesia information management systems and optimize perioperative workflows
- Lead implementation of AI and digital tools to enhance workflow efficiency and revenue cycle performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare IT leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting anesthesia compensation models and productivity analytics
- Experience with hospital contracting and multisite operations preferred
- Strong financial acumen and change management expertise
