Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Business Transformation & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Transformation Office to manage key transformation initiatives
- Oversee portfolio tracking for strategic initiatives, including creating executive dashboards
- Manage Red Team review cycles for critical projects and ensure follow-up on evaluations
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years in business operations, consulting, or enterprise PMO roles, with 8+ years supporting C-suite leaders
- Expertise in program/portfolio management across complex initiatives
- Experience in establishing or leading a Transformation Office
- Strong track record in managing Red Team reviews and implementing process rigor
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration workflows
