Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Business Transformation & Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the Transformation Office to manage key transformation initiatives
  • Oversee portfolio tracking for strategic initiatives, including creating executive dashboards
  • Manage Red Team review cycles for critical projects and ensure follow-up on evaluations
Required Qualifications
  • 18+ years in business operations, consulting, or enterprise PMO roles, with 8+ years supporting C-suite leaders
  • Expertise in program/portfolio management across complex initiatives
  • Experience in establishing or leading a Transformation Office
  • Strong track record in managing Red Team reviews and implementing process rigor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration workflows
