Vice President of Business Transformation

Job Summary

Driving enterprise-wide operational improvement, the full-time remote Vice President of Business Transformation will lead a high-performing team to identify and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance while collaborating with operational leaders and IT partners.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities and contribute to the business transformation roadmap
• Lead the development of business cases and oversee the validation of improvement opportunities across multiple functions
• Coach and develop a team of Business Process Analysts while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be accepted
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or transformation roles
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong business case development and financial analysis capabilities
