Vice President of Business Transformation

Job Summary

Driving organizational change, the full-time remote Vice President of Business Transformation will own overall program success for the Farside initiative, ensuring that system implementations lead to measurable improvements in operating models and financial value.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall program success by ensuring the Farside initiative delivers intended outcomes and captures financial value
• Identify and remove roadblocks to business transformation progress, coordinating with stakeholders and executive leadership
• Lead a high-impact team focused on program execution, organizational change management, and business transformation support

Required qualifications

• 12-18 years of relevant experience in operational execution, team leadership, and analytical work, including management consulting and in-house operating roles
• Proven track record of driving process or operating model redesigns from diagnosis through implementation to measurable results
• Experience in organizational change management with a strong command of OCM methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to build and defend financial models for operating model decisions under scrutiny
• Familiarity with Workday and Salesforce platforms, particularly in the context of business-side operating model design and adoption
