Key Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities into campaign strategies and implementation plans
• Oversee the design, execution, and performance of multi-issue campaigns
• Manage and coach senior directors and campaign leaders across various teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in campaigns, advocacy, organizing, or movement building
• 5+ years of experience managing senior leaders
• Proven track record of executing large scale, high impact campaigns
• Strong experience in integrating organizing, digital, communications, and policy strategies
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex environments
