Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Campaigns to lead and oversee high-impact campaign strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities into clear campaign strategies and implementation plans
• Directly manage and coach Senior Directors and campaign leaders while fostering a strong team culture
• Oversee the organizing program and ensure alignment with campaign goals and broader strategy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in campaigns, advocacy, organizing, or movement building
• 5+ years of experience managing senior leaders
• Proven track record of executing large scale, high impact campaigns
• Strong experience in integrating organizing, digital, communications, and policy strategies
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex environments
