Key Responsibilities

• Manage colleagues to exceed client expectations and achieve quality and performance metrics
• Oversee operations as the top business leader in a multi-level care community, ensuring effective client and resident relations
• Develop and mentor the management team to enhance operational performance and personnel development

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Senior Living Dining Services
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university is required, preferably in Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management
• Proven track record of success in a high-end multi-level care community in Senior Services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
