Job Summary

Leading the expansion of Carrum Health's Center of Excellence (COE) network, the full-time Vice President of Cancer Care Development will implement go-to-market strategies for acquiring high-value provider partners and securing competitive bundled pricing for key procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider go-to-market strategy to establish a regional COE network focused on bundled payments
• Collaborate with provider contracting and account management teams to ensure seamless transitions from deal-making to execution
• Drive innovative solutions and strategies to enhance network development and improve healthcare delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in provider network development
• 3+ years in director-level positions within the healthcare industry
• Extensive background working with large health systems, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers
• Deep knowledge of value-based care models and bundled payment contracting
• Proven track record in all aspects of the sales cycle, including lead sourcing and relationship building
