Vice President of Capital Management

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise capital forecasting strategy, the remote Vice President of Capital Management will oversee the development of financial and capital projections to support executive decision-making, strategic planning, and risk management while managing the Capital Management Forecasting Team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise capital forecasting strategy for long-term planning and capital optimization
• Establish and govern forecasting methodologies and capital planning frameworks for consistency and transparency
• Oversee quarterly forecasting of capital and financial metrics across various regulatory and rating agency frameworks

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or related quantitative field
• 10+ years of experience in capital management, enterprise forecasting, or strategic finance in the insurance industry
• Associateship (ASA) or Fellowship (FSA) with a strong background in capital management
• Deep understanding of enterprise capital frameworks and financial forecasting methodologies
• Proficiency in actuarial modeling and projection software (AXIS or equivalent)
