Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the capture management and business development team
• Oversee end-to-end capture planning and execution for strategic opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in business development and capture management in government contracting
• Proven track record of winning large federal contracts ($50M+ preferred)
• Deep knowledge of federal procurement processes and compliance requirements
• Experience leading high-performing capture teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
