Vice President of Capture Management
Job Summary
To enhance and lead the Capture Management organization, the full-time Vice President of Capture Management will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, serve as Capture Executive on high-value pursuits, and build relationships with customers and partners in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Capture Management organization while establishing processes and best practices
- Develop capture strategies that increase win rates and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling solutions for strategic pursuits
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of federal government contracting experience
- 7+ years of capture management leadership experience
- Proven track record in leading and winning large federal pursuits valued at $50M to $500M+
- Experience with DoD, Army, Intelligence Community, or Federal Civilian customers
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and capture methodologies
