Vice President of Care Operations

Job Summary

Owning the people-management engine behind Twin Health's expert care team, the remote Vice President of Care Operations will manage hiring, training, and performance management to ensure optimal care delivery and outcomes for members.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring and training processes for care team members, ensuring capability growth alongside headcount growth
• Implement and manage the performance management system to maintain accountability for care quality metrics
• Develop and maintain demand models that accurately estimate care needs based on member complexity and requirements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare operations leadership, with experience managing multi-disciplinary clinical teams at scale (250+ FTEs or 50K+ lives)
• 5+ years in Digital Health Organizations preferred
• Proven experience in designing and governing performance-management systems for clinical workforces
• Expertise in building workload/demand models that differentiate care needs by member complexity
• Strong background in developing hiring and training infrastructure that scales with organizational growth
